This notice explains how original materials owned by Baseline Integrated Services may be used on our website and within our learning management system (LMS).
Our original materials
Unless otherwise stated, original text, training manuals, presentations, worksheets, assignment instructions, model answers, Question of the Day (QOTD) resources, graphics, videos, webinars, course recordings, and other educational materials created and owned by Baseline Integrated Services are protected by applicable copyright law.
Permitted personal use
Enrolled learners may access materials made available to them for their own personal study and professional development, subject to their enrolment terms and any instructions shown with a resource. Access to a course or recording does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property or grant permission to distribute it.
Use requiring permission
Except where permitted by law or expressly authorised by us, do not reproduce, download where downloads are restricted, screen record, republish, upload, sell, redistribute, share account access to, or supply our protected materials to others without prior written permission. This includes sharing materials in messaging groups, on social media, other learning platforms or with people outside the relevant cohort.
Recordings and access controls
Course videos and webinar recordings are provided only to those authorised to view them. Privacy settings, watermarks, viewer permissions and cohort access controls must not be bypassed. Unauthorised use may result in restricted access in accordance with the applicable programme terms and law.
Third-party materials and professional knowledge
Third-party trade marks, software names, documents and other content remain the property of their respective owners. This notice does not claim ownership of general project planning methods, factual information, Primavera P6, NEC terminology or any third-party materials. Nothing in this notice removes rights and exceptions available under applicable law.
