Consultancy
We develop, assure and update project programmes, review progress, and assess changes and delays alongside the delivery and commercial teams.
Who We Are
Baseline is a UK planning and project controls consultancy. We build, assure and recover programmes for nuclear, defence, water, rail and infrastructure projects, and we train the next generation of planners.
Our Experience
Our planners have held senior roles on nuclear, defence, water, utilities and civil infrastructure programmes. We have planned for decommissioning authorities, defence estates, regulated water companies and tier 1 contractors.
We know what happens when a programme meets site, a contract and a client review. That is the experience we bring to every commission.

OUR APPROACH
01
We build programmes with the people who deliver them, not for them. Site teams, commercial leads and subcontractors all shape the logic.
02
When a programme moves, we explain why, what it affects and what the options are, in plain language.
03
We distinguish contractual entitlement from programme impact and keep analysis grounded in evidence.
Two Sides of Baseline
We deliver planning on live projects. We also run a mentorship programme that has helped career changers secure roles with contractors, consultants and utilities across the UK.
We develop, assure and update project programmes, review progress, and assess changes and delays alongside the delivery and commercial teams.
We teach Primavera P6, project controls, NEC programming and interview skills using the situations project planners actually face.
Each side sharpens the other. Our training reflects what clients expect today, and our consultancy benefits from planners who keep explaining the fundamentals.
