P6 Installation

Where do I find the Primavera P6 installation guide?
After signing in, open My Learning, enter the Project Planning & Primavera P6 Mentorship course, then open Course Induction → How to Download & Install Primavera P6. Follow the current guide in the LMS. The PDF is available to enrolled mentees, not as a public download.
What computer do I need for Primavera P6?
Use a Windows laptop that can run your course version of Primavera P6 Professional. Make sure you have sufficient disk space and administrator permission to install software. Check the exact requirements in the Course Induction materials before installing.
Primavera P6 will not install or open. What should I check?
Restart the laptop, confirm you downloaded the correct installer from your official course guidance, check Windows permissions and any error message, and follow the installation manual step by step. Do not turn off your device security controls just to install it. If it still fails, email technical support with the error text and your Windows version.
How do I prepare for a practical class?
Install and open Primavera P6 in advance, check that you can share your screen and hear audio, and keep your laptop charged. Bring a pen and notebook. If you have installation difficulties, report them before the session rather than waiting for the class to start.

Login & Account

Where do I log in?
Open the official Mentee Login page. Use the email address connected to your Baseline enrolment. Once signed in, you should be able to open My Learning.
I have forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
Use Reset Your Password, enter your registered email address and follow the emailed instructions. Check spam or junk as well as your inbox. Use the latest reset email if you requested more than one. Never send anyone your password.
The password reset email has not arrived. What next?
Check the exact email address used for enrolment, wait a few minutes and check spam or junk. Request one new reset link from Reset Your Password. If the message still does not arrive, contact technical support with your registered email address; do not include your password.
I cannot sign in on Chrome or another browser. What should I do?
Try a normal browser window first, then a private window to test whether saved site data or extensions are causing a problem. Update the browser, clear cookies/cache for baselineintegrated.com, then retry Mentee Login. Microsoft Edge may help isolate a browser-specific issue, but Chrome is supported in principle. Report the exact error if it continues.
Why is a new device or another login being challenged?
Baseline protects learner accounts with device verification and session restrictions. Complete any verification sent to your registered address and sign out of other sessions where possible. Avoid repeatedly retrying or sharing an account. If you cannot access a previous device, contact technical support for an account review.
I can log in but cannot see my course. What should I do?
Open My Learning and look for your enrolled course. Ensure you are using the account used for registration. Access may be affected by enrolment, eligibility or account verification. Send a screenshot of the course list to support (cover any personal information you do not need to share).

Assignments

Where do I submit my weekly assignment?
From My Learning, open the Project Planning course, select the relevant Week and Assignment topic, then use the Assignment Upload area on that topic. Submissions are made in LearnDash, not by email or in the mentorship group.
Which files should I upload?
Follow the instructions on that week’s assignment page. These may include a P6 XER file, PDF programme or report, and Word document. Name files clearly with your cohort month and week. The LMS supports multiple files, up to the configured limit of 20 per submission; a particular assignment may require fewer.
The Choose Files or Submit button is missing or not working.
Open the assignment topic on a laptop, refresh the page, and try another modern browser. Wait until the page finishes loading and check permitted file types or size. If an upload fails, capture the error message and the assignment topic URL for technical support. Do not email the completed assignment as a workaround.
How do I know my assignment was received?
After submitting, return to the assignment topic and check that the submitted files or submission status appear. Keep your own copy. If you are unsure, contact support with the week, cohort and time you submitted; do not upload duplicate copies repeatedly.
Where do I find mentor feedback or submit corrections?
Check the registered email inbox for feedback notifications and review the relevant assignment in LearnDash. If corrections are needed, revise the work and resubmit using the same assignment area on your own initiative. There is no need to wait for a mentor to approve the decision to resubmit.
When are weekly assignments due?
The normal deadline is Wednesday following the relevant class, unless your cohort receives different instructions. Always follow the date communicated for your cohort and keep copies of your files.

Bookings

How do I book CV preparation or a mock interview?
Sign in and open My Learning. Select Book an appointment, choose the eligible service, then select an available date and time. The appointment-booking page is for approved mentees and should not be shared publicly.
How many bookings do I have?
The normal mentorship entitlement is two CV preparation sessions in total and one mock interview. CV preparation is subject to the programme’s payment/eligibility conditions. Missed appointments can count against your entitlement; check the booking instructions before confirming.
When are appointments available?
Booking sessions are generally available on weekdays in the evening, UK time, within the slots displayed by the calendar. No weekend CV preparation or mock interviews. Always rely on the times available in your booking form.
How should I prepare for a CV session or mock interview?
Join on a laptop in a quiet place with your camera on, working audio, pen and notebook. Test screen sharing before the meeting. For CV preparation, have your CV ready in an editable Word document. CV preparation sessions are not recorded; mock interviews may be recorded under programme arrangements.
Where is my appointment’s Zoom link?
Check the appointment confirmation sent to your registered email address, including junk/spam. Keep the original confirmation. If it has not arrived, contact technical support before your appointment and include the service and booking date, not the meeting link in a public group.
The booking calendar is empty or will not load.
Refresh the page and try a different browser. No visible slots may mean the calendar is fully booked or your requested dates are unavailable; it does not necessarily mean the page is broken. If the calendar does not load at all, email support with a screenshot and date/time.

Technical Questions

A lesson, training manual or protected PDF will not open.
Make sure you are signed in using the enrolled account and that the material has reached its release date. Refresh the page, try another browser and check that your browser permits the PDF viewer. If it is still unavailable, send support the exact lesson title, URL, screenshot and error text. Do not ask for protected materials to be emailed or shared outside the LMS.
Where can I find class and webinar recordings?
Open My Learning and choose the class recordings for your own cohort or the Webinar Library in the mentorship course. Class recordings are released when processed and published. Access is limited to the recording library and cohort you are entitled to see.
Video, captions or Read Aloud are not working.
Check your device volume, browser tab audio, internet connection and player controls. Refresh the lesson, try another browser and confirm the video or audio has loaded. For persistent problems, send the specific lesson URL, device/browser and a screenshot or short description of the problem.
The LMS looks wrong or a mobile button is missing.
Try a full refresh and check whether the same page works on a desktop or laptop. Update your browser and clear only this site’s saved cache if necessary. Report the affected URL, device model, browser version and screenshot.
What should I include in a technical support request?
Email b.adesegun@baselineintegrated.com from your registered email. Include your cohort, issue category, page URL, device/browser, time of the issue, what you tried and a screenshot if useful. Never send passwords, verification codes or private meeting details.
Where should I ask planning, NEC, Primavera P6 or interview questions?
Use your existing Baseline mentorship group. Planning concepts, QOTD discussions, programme logic, NEC, project scenarios and interview-preparation questions belong there so other mentees can learn too. The Help Centre and technical email are for access, installation, bookings, uploads and LMS faults—not teaching questions.
